Faulty Goods Policy
· Faulty Films can be returned to RedeyeFilms Via Post along with the original Invoice number to one of the return address within 10 Days of Purchase date.

· Upon confirmation of faulty stock, a Refund will be raised for all faulty Films.
NOTE : REDEYEFILMS will not Refund if the Customer changes their mind. Refunds are only given if the film is returned within 10 Days of purchase date and if the film is found to be faulty.
